• Setting up of an HR Consulting and Talent Acquisition Company for Manufacturing, Engineering, Hospitality and BFSI verticals
• Putting processes and systems in place for the team to handle the verticals
• Team building and training of various specialists to the team
• Team management and ensuring that each team member is suitably engaged and meets the performance parameters
• Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies;
• Working towards targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated;
• Building relationships with clients;
• Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment;
• Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work;
• Ensuring recruitment of qualified team members, in line with budgeted headcount and costs and company policies and procedures.
• Providing continuous coaching, development and evaluation to all sales and team members, including process, product, and system training.
• Monitoring performance and providing feedback through regular performance appraisals, counseling / feedback sessions.
• Leading, mentoring & monitoring performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
• Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst team members.
